Mumbai, April 27: In a major development, Deepika Padukone has been chosen to be a part of the exclusive and very illustrious jury for the 75th Festival De Cannes. members. The actress herself shared the news on her social media by sharing an image of the other jury members.

The jury comprises five men and four women, who will pick the winners of this year’s Palme d’Or honors. Other names to join Deepika Padukone on the jury include Iranian filmmaker Asghar Farhadi, Swedish actress Noomi Rapace, actress screenwriter producer Rebecca Hall, Italian actress Jasmine Trinca, and French director Ladj Ly, American director Jeff Nichols and director Joachim Trier from Norway.
