Khanna said she wanted the death penalty for Malik in her case. "It's justice for victims of terror attacks carried out by him (Yasin Malik). Some might be satisfied, but I am not satisfied as I want the death penalty for him in my case," wife of slain IAF officer Ravi Khanna said while talking to private media house.

"I honour whatever punishment the judges have awarded. They know better what punishment should be given in such a case...I'm 100 percent sure justice will be given to me," she added.

Khanna was one of the four IAF personnel shot dead in Srinagar on January 25, 1990, allegedly by a group led by Malik, the chief of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF).
