VHP International Working President Advocate Alok Kumar addresing the Bajrang Dal activists
New Delhi, June 16: Demanding immediate ban on Popular Front of India (PFI) and Tablighi Jamaat in the wake of widespread arson, violence and stone-pelting as an aftermath of comments against the Prophet, the Bajrang Dal activists staged protest emonstrations all over the country on June 16.
The Bajrang Dal also demanded security to Hindus where they have turned into a minority. The Dal suibmitted a memorandum to the President listing their demands and seeking immediate action.
Addressing the protesting activists at Sunderbani in Jammu and Kashmir VHP Working President, senior advocate Alok Kumar said that Nupur Sharma and Navin Jindal cannot be declared offenders so long as the court of law does not make announcement to that effect.
Warning the jihadi and radical Islamic leadership he said that they should refrain from pushing the common Muslim masses on the road to violence after the Friday namaz or any other occasion. Making an oblique reference to those who dared 'remove police for 15 minutes' that this is a new Bharat of 2022. The present government is capable and committed to maintain the law and order situation in the country. The Hindu society is also aware of methods of dealing with the hooligans and maintain peace at their level, he warned.
Dr. Suresh Jain, Joint Central Secretary addressed the activists at Rohtak in Haryana. He warned the jihadi elements to keep away from violence against Hindus and put a complete full stop to such activities.
Bajrang Dal National Convener Sohan Singh Solanki said that Bajrang Dal has always accepted the challenge of violent and terrorist organizations and individuals. He warned that in case the violent attacks against the Hindus were not stopped the Bajrang Dal knows how to deal with them.
The memorandum submitted to the President demaned that those indulged in violence, arson and destruction on June 3 and 10 after the Friday namaz be identified and action shold be taken against them under the NSA. Watch should be kept on mosques and other such places on coming Friday 17th June, 2022 so that the instigting moulana, moulvis and leaders can be identified and booked under the NSA.
The Bajrang Dal also demanded that all those who gave provocative speeches be identified and stringent action should be taken against them. Proper security should be provided to those who were receiving threats to their life and strict punitive action be taken against those who issued such threats. NIA should be handed over the investigation of mosques from where such hysteric and violent mob comes out.
The memorandum said that no religious procession of the Hindus is taken out in a peaceful manner but the attacks on this year's Varsh Pratipada, Sri Ram Navmi and Sri Hanuman Jayanti processions were attacked by the jihadi elements in such a frenzy that it surpassed all the past records. The radicals did not spare houses, shops, vehicles and temples and government properties in their attacks and many a securityman were injured in these attacks. Many people were threatened to be killed or 'beheaded', Hindu objects of honor were ridiculed publically and worse was the criminal silence maintained by the so called secularisys and Muslim organizations on this issue. This was certainly not in the interest of the country, the memorandum said.
