Pune, July 29: Amid the rising hate speeches across India, Vivek Vichar Manch of Maharashtra, in association with Newsbharati will be conducting a conference Religious Freedom of Speech and Expression on Saturday evening in Progressive Education Society's Auditorium, Pune.
