Three days Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram's Akhil Bharateeya meeting held in Bhagyanagar, congratulates govt for G20 success

In a major development, three days meeting of the Akhil Bharatiya Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram was held at Rashtriya Vidya Kendra, Annojiguda, Bhagyanagar, from 7 october to 9 october. Dduring the meeting various issues were discussed, and participants received guidance from resource persons in various sessions.
 
Akhil Bharateeya meeting 
 
It was attended by Vanavasi Kalyanashram karyakartas and national level representatives from 45 prants across the country. Bikram Bahadur Jamatia, a recipient of the Padmashree Award from Tripura, was the Chief guest of the three-day Akhil Bharatiya karyakarta meeting.
 
The VKA functionaries present were Ramchandra Kharadi (President), Satendra Singh (Vice President), HK Nagu, Yogesh Bapat(General Secretary) and Atul Jog (Organising Secretary). Mananeeya Ram Datta, Sah Sarkaryawah of the RSS, also participated in the meeting.
 

Akhil Bharateeya meeting 
 
On 5th October, National Executive meeting was held, in which several social issues were discussed and a resolution was passed congratulating the Government of Bharat for its success in conducting the G20 Summit.
The three day meetings welcomed the recently passed Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam in Parliament. To mark the occasion of the 500th birth anniversary of Gond Rani Durgavathi, planned to organise various programs. Screening of a documentary on Rani Durgavati was an attraction.
 
The Meetings also discussed to organise different activities for the empowerment of women. Organisatoon has decided to observe Janjati Gourva Diwas on November 15th. Volunteers of VKA discussed about how to prserve - protect & promote Janjati culture & customs.
 
A special issue of Vanupunyayi magazine was released on this occassion . A book titled ‘Hindu ke Keltik Swajan’ was also launched. The book is written by Maj. S N Mathur, Jaipur and published by Prabhat Prakashan Delhi. Recently, the VKA documented stories of 75 tribal freedom fighters on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
 
At present Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram runs 22152 projects at 17394 places. An exhibition depicting all the activities & progress of VKA was appreciated by one & all. Colorful traditional dances were presented in the cultural programme.
