"Saraswati is characterless": RJD MLA Fateh Bahadur Kushawa's another attack on Hindu deities

Dehri, Dec 30: After insulting Hindu gods including Maa Durga and Bhagwan Shri Ram, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Fateh Bahadur Kushwaha has once again made objectionable comments this time against Maa Saraswati. The RJD MLA, in a press interview, described Maa Saraswati as characterless so she should not be worshiped.

 

While addressing the media he said, "It is written in your book that Saraswati is the daughter of Brahma and he married his daughter Saraswati. So who you are worshipping? Of characterless gods?"

He also urged that a picture of Saraswati should be removed from school-colleges and a picture of Savitribai Phule should be there and worshiped.

 

 

Notably, Fateh Bahadur Kushwaha has not made such a comment for the first time against Hindu deities. Earlier, while calling Maa Durga as an imaginary character, he said where was Maa Durga when the British ruled in India and millions of Indians were being killed.

Apart from this, Kushwaha has also commented on Bhagwan Shri Rama calling him as factiotious character. "There is no god bigger than Lalu Yadav. Lord Ram and all his characters are imaginary. Lalu Yadavji is true Ramayana. In 1976, the Supreme Court also said that Ramayana and all its characters are imaginary. What is the problem in accepting what the Supreme Court has accepted?" Singh questioned. He also said, "Brahmins who organise the puja are hypocrites and spread superstition," he said.
