From intensifying attacks on BJP and RSS to forcefully banning saffron flags during temple festivals, the southern state of Kerala, which is currently under the Communist regime, has become a Hinduphobic state. Nowadays in Kerala, which is considered God's own country, if you speak up against the Communist government or praise the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Central government, then you are considered a Sanghvi and right-winger.
In one such incident, a famous Malayali news editor and anchor of "24" Malayalam News Channel, Sujaya Parvathy, has been suspended from her job recently. And her mistake - she addressed a women's conference that was organised by the Sangh Parivar-affiliated trade union BMS (Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh) in connection with International Women's Day.
As per the reports, during the event, she praised the work of the central government under Narendra Modi in her speech.
Ironically, the CEO of 24 News, Srikantan Nair, has in the past attended events organized by CITU and other communist-affiliated organizations. However, no one has taken action against him for attending the event, and why would they? It should be noted that Sreekandan Nair has expressed his anti-Modi, anti-NDA, and anti-RSS views even in his past interviews.
It is being said that Gokulam Gopalan, one of the main shareholders of 24 News, did not approve of her suspension.
Meanwhile, her suspension was met with shock and anger. Soon, BMS unleashed agitations and protest marches, which forced the management of 24 News to take a u-turn from its previous decision. They revoked her suspension and asked her to join on March 29.
In a protest of what happened to her and to show she stands by what she said, she wore a saffron costume in her first news broadcast after rejoining. Not only that, but taking revenge like any movie script, she resigned from her post on the same night.
Sujaya has made it clear that she will stay in the media field, although she hasn't spelled out her plans clearly. Sujaya Parvathy is a true inspiration and a shining example of how Hindus must stand firm against Communist fascism.
