Pandharpur, June 27: In a bid to woo the 'HINDU Voters' ahead of the Loksabha assembly election, the Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, who copied Narendra Modi's style, after Rahul Ganhdi, visited 'Vitthal Rakumini Mandir', here in Pandharpur.

The chief minister first arrived in Solapur on Monday afternoon and then offered prayers at the Vitthal temple.
As there was a huge crowd of devotees in Pandharpur, only a few core committee members were allowed inside the temple along with K Chandrasekhar Rao. This political visit came just 2 days ahead of the 'Ashadhi Ekadashi'.
MLAs and MPs and ministers visited the Namdev step. Meanwhile, KCR was felicitated on behalf of the temple committee after visiting Vitthala. There is a huge crowd of worshipers in the temple area. In the background of this event, a large police force has been kept in the Vitthal temple area.
The Warkari sect has a strong following in rural Maharashtra, especially among farmers, who are being wooed by KCR’s party to build its base in the western state.
