Now more chilling details on the attacks by a Muslim mob on the Hindu devotees of the Nalhar temple have shocked the nation.

According to a new FIR filed with Haryana Police filed by Haryana Police officials, ASI Arun Kumar, Senior Constable Jeetendra, Homeguard Veer Singh, Homeguard Ejaz, SPO Narendra were present along with Police car driver Mohammed Bilal were stationed for protection of Hindu devotees near Nalhar Temple.

Just then 800-900 Muslim mob carrying Sticks, stones, & various banned firearms & guns descended from mountain side & through paddy fields & started walking towards the Hindu devotees who were present near the gates of Nalhar temple for Jalabhishek in the temple.

The Muslim mob chanted “ALLAH HU AKBAR” the Islamic battlecry & “PAKISTAN ZINDABAD” and started waving their weapons & guns.

The Police officials stationed there tried to stop the Muslim mob but the Muslim mob started indiscriminately firing at the police using their banned automatic & semiautomatic guns with malicious motives to murder the policemen & the Hindu devotees.

In this firing by the Muslim mob, home guard Veer Singh & home guard Trilok sustained bullet injuries.

As ASI Arun Kumar tried to calm the mob down, the Muslim mob started screaming “Allah Hu Akbar”, the well-known Islamic battle cry & “Pakistan Zindabad” & started advancing towards the temple.

Arun Kumar (ASI) after showing utmost restraint, took out his licensed pistol & did aerial firing to disperse the Muslim mob, but the aerial firing enraged the Muslim mob & they attacked the nearby shops, parked vehicles of the devotees & set them on fire with motive to murder all Hindu devotees & Policemen present.
In this attack, Haryana police officials stationed there were able to identify Muslim men from among the 800-900 strong Muslim mob namely,

1. Salim S/o Hussain
2. Aslup S/o Jakir
3. Jafru S/o Mustakh

IPC Sections Imposed on the Muslim Mob

As Muslim mob attacked the Hindu devotees with stones, sticks, & various banned firearms & guns and even destroyed private vehicles as well as govt vehicles & ambulances, Haryana police have registered case number 398 bearing date 01.08.2023 with IPC sections 148,149,295A,332,353,186,188,427,435,307 IPC, 25-54-59A of Arms Act, 4(2)(1) PDPP Act.

As per the latest inputs as many as 83 FIRs have been registered by Haryana Police & 153 people have been arrested & 10 SITs have been formed by Haryana police to probe the incident as per a video interview to India Tv by ADG Law and Order Haryana police, Mamta Singh.
