New Delhi, Sept 23: National HRD Network which proudly promotes diversity, inclusion, equity, and belongingness at the workplace, in culture, and throughout our society, is organizing a summit named "Samaaveshan 2023" on October 7, 2023, in Pune, Maharashtra.
NHRDN aims to bring together all diverse groups of stakeholders to address diversity, equity, inclusion, and belongingness (DEIB) to create a more sustainable future with Samaaveshan 2023.

As a body of more than 18000 HR professionals across India, National HRD Network is committed to the goal to foster an environment of respect and equality, allowing everyone to thrive and reach their full potential.
What is Samaaveshan?
National HRD Network’s Annual Summit, ‘Samaaveshan’ is hosted each year by the Pune Chapter aims to do just that by bringing together individuals and organizations from various sectors to share best practices and innovative solutions, and create a roadmap for a more sustainable and inclusive Indian society.
With action in mind to intent, one would not just learn about concepts of DEIB, but experience DEIB. NHRDN are curating a wide range of panelists from varied backgrounds - each speaker renowned expert in their own fields, voices and stories from various sections of society.
With Samaaveshan 2023, delegates will get a holistic view of the DEIB agenda i.e.
