As the whole Bharat and Bhartiya citizens are getting ready for the most awaited 'Ram Lalla's' Prana prathistapana, which is going to take place in just 12 days, on January 22 in Ayodhya, there are some liberals and their media houses who are suffering from the major meltdown as they are unable to digest the fact that 'Mandir Wahi Banne Ja Raha Hai'.
Yesterday, when news of the 64-year-old Hyderabad Man who walked 7200 km to deliver gold-plated 'Paduka' to Ayodhya, broke out in the mainstream media, many media started coving it, however, the leftist media house decided to cover it in a way to hurt Hindu sentiment.
Some media houses choose to describe the 'Ram Lalla's Charan paduka' as 'SLIPPERS'.
In a headline they wrote, "Hyderabad man trekking 8,000km to Ayodhya with golden slippers for Ram Mandir." The news is edited by the Vadapalli Nithin Kumar. Apart from the Indian Today, NDTV made the same mistake and described it as slippers.
BY calling Ram Lalla's Charan Paduka slippers, they deliberately not only hurt Hindu sentiments but insulted Bhagwan Ram as well. There is a reason why the Charan Paduka is called so and not slippers, something that certain media houses deliberately fail to comprehend;
Why is Charan Paduka ?
"Charan Paduka" is a term from Sanskrit, and it translates to "footsteps" or "sacred sandals." In Hindu and Jain traditions, "Charan Paduka" refers to the footprints or sandals of a deity or a revered spiritual figure.
Padukas significance is also linked to the epic Ramayana. In the Ramayana Bharta, the younger half-brother of Rama never sat on the throne after the exile of Rama, Sita and Laxman for 14 years, instead, he brought the paduka of Lord Rama and placed them on the throne.
It is so shocking that "Responsible media houses" like NDTV and India Today go on such a low level. It is nothing but a deliberate attempt to hurt Hindu sentiments.
