Amid the ongoing Cockroach Janata Party protest at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, the founder of the mass movement, Abhijeet Dipke, arrived at the spot with no cockroaches allegedly supporting him. A video of the incident went viral on the internet, in which Dipke could be seen arriving at the spot with all the cameramen surrounding him. But surprisingly, not a single cockroach could be seen joining him, creating a mock movement for the party.

Delhi Police rejected plea demanding regulation amid protest
Earlier, the Delhi HC refused an urgent hearing on a crowd-control plea, a day after the CJP held a press conference announcing a protest without prior authorization. The plea, filed by NGO Save India Foundation, was mentioned before a vacation bench of Justices Saurabh Banerjee and Amit Sharma. The petitioner's counsel urged the court to take up the matter urgently, citing concerns about possible disruption from the planned CJP demonstration. However, the bench declined to grant an urgent hearing.
The PIL alleged that the Cockroach Janta Party had turned the youth into an "unregulated contingent" by "utilising overseas-tethered servers to execute a transnational institutional destabilization agenda".
It demanded that the June 6 mobilisation be either relocated to an alternative designated site or be strictly regulated with comprehensive videography of the proceedings to ensure that those who are "instigating" from "overseas jurisdictions", including the USA and Australia, are prevented from compromising airport security and essential emergency machinery.
