Indian Army troops are using trained Kites to prey on enemy drones in a first-of-its-kind usage of these birds.
India and the US will hold their regular Yudhabhyas series of wargames in the Auli area in Uttarakhand along the China border from Nov 15. The exercise, which was planned many months in advance, was earlier planned to be held in October but would now be held next month, Army officials said.
Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh celebrated Vijayadashami with Jawans of Armed Forces and ITBP personnel in Auli, Uttarakhand. Raksha Mantri also performed Shastra Puja during his visit and applauded the contribution of Armed forces.
