Tamil Nadu extends night curfew and imposes lockdown on Sunday
Amid an unprecedented surge in coronavirus cases in Maharashtra, the Uddhav Thackeray-led government has announced lockdown-like restrictions across the state from 8pm on Monday. On weekends, a complete lockdown will be imposed.
The Pune authorities have imposed a 12-hour night curfew in the city starting Saturday. The night curfew in Pune will start at 6 pm and continue till 6 am and the coronavirus situation will be monitored till next Friday for further steps.
