The NIA has filed a chargesheet against 14 accused in West Bengal's Mominpur communal violence that occurred on October 9 last year, the agency said on Sunday (Jan 8). The accused persons were chargesheeted under sections 120B, 147, 149, 152, 332, 353 and 436 of the IPC.
