The latest report from UN weather agency is highly alarming as it shows Carbon dioxide (C02) level surged at “record-breaking speed” in last year. The report indicates that carbon dioxide concentrations reached 403.3 parts per million in 2016, up from 400 ppm in 2015. This increase is a record one and an exceptional growth.
