As per the verdict, Justice K Surender of Telangana High Court granted conditional bail to four of the five minors on provision of a Rs 5,000 surety each, while the fifth juvenile, who is the son of a legislator, was granted conditional bail by the High Court on Wednesday. The court has denied the bail plea of Saduddin Malik because his bail petition was pending before the High Court.

The court ordered the accused to cooperate with the police and also report to the District Probation Officer (DPO) every weekend. The court further said that the parents should ‘encourage him to pursue his studies and assure him that, upon bail, the juvenile will not be permitted to come into contact with the victim’.
