A video featuring Cockroach Janata Party spokesperson Vijeta Dahiya dancing to a rap performance at a student community event in Delhi has rapidly spread across social media, provoking social media users to mock the scene. The clip originates from the 'Speak Up! A Conversation That Matters' open forum, held on June 15, 2026, at Bharati Vidyapeeth's BVICAM campus in Paschim Vihar, Delhi.
In the footage, Dahiya can be seen briefly joining in on stage as the popular rap number "Azadi" from the Bollywood film Gully Boy played in the background. The SpeakUp 2026 forum brought together a diverse panel comprising digital content creators, journalists, and public commentators, including Shyam Meera Singh, Harsh Chhikara, Mukesh Mohan, Vijeta Dahiya, Raghav Trivedi, and Neha Sharma.
The event was designed as a platform for meaningful dialogue around youth participation, digital media, pressing social issues, and public discourse. However, the moment from Dahiya's impromptu dance ended up stealing the spotlight, quickly overshadowing the broader conversations of the forum and emerging as a trending topic on social media, particularly on the platform X.
Several social media users mocked the CJP spokesperson, questioning the appropriateness of the performance at a discussion-oriented event. "Invite a clown expect a circus. Clown started dancing as if he was invited to a concert. New age revolutionaries have serious mental issues," one of the users said.
"They should rename CJP to the 'Nachniya Janta Party' at this point," the other user said.
"Meet Vijeta Dahiya. Dhruv Rathee’s favourite scriptwriter who helped him "research" that Lord Ram ate meat. Now promoted to official spokesperson of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) because nothing screams "revolution" like dancing like a clown at events while pretending to fight for the Constitution from the comfort of Jantar Mantar," another user read.
The controversy comes at a time when the Cockroach Janata Party has been making headlines over its nationwide protests regarding the NEET paper leak controversy and alleged irregularities in the education system. Dipke and his 'cockroaches' have been violently protesting against the Indian government under the guise of a paper leak scam. They are protesting to demand the resignation of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Newsbharati has, with proof, exposed the real anti-Hindu, leftist agenda of the CJP, which is eyeing to create unnecessary ruckus in the country. In its Delhi protest, separatist slogans of 'Azadi' were
raised. After the so-called protest in Pune, the 'student protesters' could be seen celebrating the gathering by consuming alcohol.
