In a major update to the Jalna school case, where minor students were made to dance to the 'Sar Tan Se Juda' song at a gathering, the state police have arrested all three accused mentioned in the FIR. This comes days after the authorities filed an FIR against Kids World English School Principal Mohammad Vajiyoddin Tarekh Siddiqui, Teacher Sheikh Sajid Abdul Gani, and Anchor Ujma Tabassum.

The three had been booked under sections 152, 196, 197(1)(a), 353(2), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Samhita, 2023, and had been accused of promoting religious enmity, threatening national integrity, inciting public mischief, and common criminal intention.

As per the exclusive information obtained by Newsbharati, the school that had around 163 admissions and employed 15 teachers has been shut after the incident. It has also come to the fore that the school in question had been allegedly illegally built in Partur, Jalna. It is also learned that all the students who took admission in the school were Muslims.

As reported earlier, the dance was spotted at Tarique Siddiqui's friend's social club, Partur's 'Kids World English School'. The minor boys could be seen waving swords (probably fake) while dancing to the song 'Sar Tan Se Juda Sar Tan Se Juda'.

However, initially, instead of taking action against the school, state police summoned Treeni's social media account for exposing the truth. A notice was sent to the account saying that the 'account holder disseminated the video by creating and spreading a false narrative with the ulterior motive of disturbing communal harmony and inciting Hindu-Muslim riots'.

Sanatan Prabhat contacted the Partur Police Inspector Sudam Bhagwat, who stated that all three accused have been remanded to Police custody and that a chargesheet would be produced soon. Jalna District Education Officer Sangeeta Bhagwat was also approached on the issue, who stated that a committee has been appointed to investigate the matter.
