On Saturday, July 18, hours after the Delhi Police removed 'activist' Sonam Wangchuk from Delhi's Jantar Mantar protest site and asked the other 'student protesters' to vacate the site, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke began shedding tears. In an attempt to gain sympathy, he also accused the Delhi Police of allegedly mishandling Wangchuk, who has been on hunger strike for the past 20 days against the alleged NEET paper leak.
"He (Sonam Wangchuk) didn’t want to go to the hospital. He wanted to do the Parliament march. But what these police people have done- he was not a criminal. The way they took him away, hidden under sheets- if you were so concerned about his health, you should have taken him with respect." He adds, "...In every state, in every district, set up a Jantar Mantar! And protest there just like the way it has been going on here for a month," Dipke claimed, showing zero concern for the deteriorating health of Sonam Wangchuk.
He also alleged that the police acted like goons and dragged Sonam Wangchuk, hurling abuses at him. He also accused that it was 'RSS goons' who took away Sonam Wangchuk under the guise of the police. "When I stepped out from here at 7 a.m. to freshen up, the police goons arrived there. They dragged Sonam Sar away while hurling abuses at her. A 60-year-old man, who had been on a hunger strike for 20 days, was forcibly dragged away from here by the Delhi Police. We don't know where they have taken him. As soon as I got the news, I was on my way to Jantar Mantar, and the police beat me up too... These are not the police; they are RSS goons. I had returned to my country from abroad; am I some criminal? These people beat me on the streets," he was quoted as saying.
Further, he added that earlier protests were held only to demand the resignation of Minister Dharmendra Pradhan; now, CJP will protest to demand the resignation of PM Narendra Modi. "Until now, we were demanding Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation, but after this despicable act, we will now demand the resignation of Narendra Modi," he said.
Reports said Wangchuk has been admitted to Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital, adding that he is conscious and his vital signs are stable. The police have also appealed to the protesters to vacate Jantar Mantar peacefully.
In a statement, Delhi Police said it has acted in accordance with the High Court's orders and on expert medical advice due to Sonam Wangchuk's deteriorating health. "Sonam Wangchuk has been shifted to the hospital for essential medical care," the police statement said.
It is important to note that Social media and its users are becoming too
sensitive over the issue and framing opinions without even seeing the other side of the protests. It has been reported several times in the past that the Cockroach Janata Party has done every other anti-national, anti-Hindu thing except raising a voice for NEET students. Slogans like 'Mera Ling, Meri Marzi' have been raised by LGBTQ+ 'student protesters' who later compared India to a 'gutter'.
Islamist slogans like 'Naam Rahega Allah Ka' were recently raised by retired Delhi University Professor Nandita Narain, who probably attempted to copy the character of Pallavi from the movie 'Kashmir Files', but miserably failed, standing exposed.
'Comedian' Kunal Kamra, who is known for his anti-Hindu, anti-India comments, joined the protest and made derogatory remarks against Lord Rama. Actor-turned-politician Prakash Raj said he would choose to say 'Jai Samvidhan' instead of 'Jai Shree Ram'. What are these slogans to do with NEET students here?
Earlier, NewsBharati has, with proof, exposed the real anti-Hindu, leftist agenda of the CJP, which is eyeing to create unnecessary ruckus in the country. In its Delhi protest, separatist slogans of 'Azadi' were
raised. The "Azadi" cry has a clear documented genealogy, from Pakistan-backed separatism in 1989-90, amplified by Benazir Bhutto during the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits, institutionalised as a separatist war cry in the Valley, and then transplanted into Indian university campuses, first at JNU in 2016, then more widely during anti-CAA protests in 2019-20. Also, after the so-called protest in Pune, the 'student protesters' could be seen celebrating the gathering by consuming alcohol.
Dipke also had
supported separatists in Jammu and Kashmir during the abrogation of Article 370. It was also reported that the leftist mass movement attracted more than 49% of Pakistani supporters. And now, these say they will continue to protest, demanding the resignation of PM Modi.
