New Delhi, February 06: There has been much social media coverage around the Farmers Protest in India. Up in line, Bob Blackman, Conservative Party MP for Harrow East, UK Parliamentary Constituency has shared a very useful guide to the legislation and the impact on farmers. "A blithering idiot's guide to India's agri reforms", Bob tweeted sharing infographics showing how the 3 new farm laws proposed by the Indian government are completely in favor of the protesting farmers.

Quoting the rudimentary facts of the legal framework of farm laws, he said that the ongoing protests are relatively miniscule and that barely a few thousand farmers typically attend such protests, approximately 0.000006 per cent of India's 150 million farmers. Clumsily edited images and looped videos are in circulation which attempt to portray the protests as bigger than they are.

"These protests are not at all driven by our decent, hard working farmers. We honour and respect them. They are simply being used as pawns and those supporting the reforms are the ones who in fact truely care for them. Politicians, commission agents and a tiny of super wealthy farmers together form the criminal APMC racket which are at the heart of these reforms. These exceptionally selfish vested interests are responsible for funding, promoting and organising these protests. Why? Because their ill-gotten income streams, which are premised upon the exploitation of poor farmers are at stake after seven decades of independence. They are determinednot to allow these reforms to succeed and we must must be foolish if we have not latched onto that by now.

This is probably after the international pop singer and the tiny climate activist raised their concerned voices against the farm laws, flagrantly supporting the farmers in India for all the odds they are doing.
