Delhi, December 11: Supreme Court has dismissed a plea against the anticipatory bail granted to three trustees of the Ryan International Group in connection with the murder of seven-year-old student Pradyuman Thakur. Parents of the unfortunate parent moved to SC against the anticipatory bill granted by Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The parents moved to court against the Pinto family, Ryan Pinto, and his parents, Augustine Pinto and Grace Pinto. Punjab and Haryana High court granted them anticipatory bails. “Petition is dismissed,” A bench of Justices RK Agrawal and AM Sapre said.

In the month of September, a very unfortunate incident took away the fresh life of a student from Ryan international school, Pradyuman Thakur. Earlier a school bus conductor was alleged for the killing of Pradyuman but CBI investigation has turned the direction of the case. A class XI student had later been arrested on the night as suspected murderer of Pradyuman.

The child student was found murdered in the school’s toilet with his throat slit. Earlier bus conductor Ashoke Kumar was found guilty by Gurugram Police. It was told he murdered the child for resisting his molestation attempts. But later CBI gave him clean chit by saying he had no connection with the murder. Ashok's family, who has been constantly alleging he was innocent, took a sigh of relief.
