London, September 15: The heart of Britain has become terror’s target. In just one year, London has witnessed more than 2 terror incidents and other accidents. And now, one more arises at Parsons Green underground station in West London after reported explosion. Until now, there are no casualties but several have been injured.

Passengers reported seeing a device on a tube train at the station and hearing a bang during the morning rush-hour. The Metropolitan and British Transport police forces, including armed officers, attended the scene, along with the London ambulance service and the London fire brigade, though none was immediately able to provide further details. One witness said there were injuries at the station after a “stampede” of passengers. It's not yet clear what caused the security alert.

The Met Police said it was "aware of reports on social media" about Parsons Green, adding: "We will release facts when we can -- our info must be accurate." Parsons Green is a mainly residential area in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, not far from Chelsea.
