He accused BJP National President Amit Shah of misleading people of Andhra over submission of utilization certificates. The TDP National president assured that irrespective of central aid, the state government will take all possible steps to complete another 54 irrigation projects besides Polavaram.

According to media reports, Andhra Pradesh State government is facing financial issues where the center is reportedly unresponsive over the financial package demanded by the state government in order to meet the deadline for the completion of the first phase of Polavaram.
