Amaravati, January 29: Reacting strongly to the recent jibes of junior alliance partner BJP, Telugu Desam Party National President Nara Chandrababu Naidu said that leaders of BJP should not test the patience of TDP workers. For the first time breaking silence over the verbal spat between TDP and BJP, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister urged central leadership to take strong action against the Andhra BJP leader for defaming ruling party on Public platforms.

Speaking to the media, Babu maintained that the yellow army members were offended by the frequent criticism from BJP leaders. The Telugu Desam Chief has asked Central BJP leaders to take the note of such objectionable activities of state BJP leader. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister warned state BJP leaders for triggering unnecessary comments on ruling Party. He further added that all options are open for TDP if BJP wants to end the association ahead of the crucial 2019 general election. Recently some state BJP leaders have been criticising TDP government on various issues which irked apex leadership of Telugu Desam Party.

Naidu’s reaction is quite significant which confirms the cracks in TDP-BJP alliance where ruling party might forge an alliance with actor Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena party which has already announced its plans for 2019 elections. In 2014, Pawan had backed BJP-TDP coalition, but the ace actor is continuously targeting BJP’s central government for betraying people of Andhra Pradesh on the issue of special category status.
