Mumbai, April 4: Mumbai is all geared up to celebrate the Foundation Day of Bhartiya Janata Party. To mark this auspicious day, ‘Maha BJP-Maha Melava’ is being organized at Bandra Kurla Complex. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is tirelessly taking efforts to make the event a grand success.
CM Fadnavis informed that the #MahaMelava will be addressed by the BJP President Amit Shah. CM Fadnavis has personally taken the responsibility to review and see preparations, checking venue and handling the workers of the party.
The #MahaMelava is set to see lakhs of party workers, including office bearers, elected representatives.
In a press conference, which was held at Shahu Smarak Bhavan, BJP Chief Spokesperson Madhav Bhandari said BJP's President Amit Shah and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis would attend the Melava to guide the party workers. With 1 Crore primary members and more than 2 lakh office bearers members up to Mandal level and elected MPs MLAs, corporation, municipal, ZP members in the state are expected to attend the Melava. BJP is number one party in the state now and party's booth arrangements in the state with "One booth ten youth'' in 83,000 booths from 92,000 booths in the state, has been successful, Bhandari added.
