India’s first micro-artist writes Bhagavad Gita on 4,042 rice grains

Hyderabad, October 20: In a major development, a micro artist and law student Ramagiri Swarika from Hyderabad  has completed the seemingly impossible task of writing the entire Bhagwad Gita on 4,042 grains of rice without using a magnifying glass. It took 150 hrs to complete Bhagwad Gita. She is recognized as India’s first micro-artist.

She added that she also does milk art, paper carvings and has drawn on sesame seeds too, among many other products. ill now she had worked on 2000 plus micro arts, Earlier, she wrote the Preamble of the Constitution on hair strands for which she was felicitated by the Governor of Telangana, Tamilisai Soundararajan.
 
 
Talking about her career in micro art, she said, she always had an interest in art and music, She had received many awards since her childhood. She started doing micro art in the last four years with a drawing of Lord Ganesha on a rice grain, then the English alphabet on a single rice grain.
 
Recognizing her talent Delhi Cultural Academy felicitated her with a national award in 2019. She was also awarded the International Order Book of records in 2017.
 
Being a law student, Swarika said that she wanted to become a Judge and be an inspiration to many women.
