The Corona virus situation in the state of Maharashtra is still not under control. The total number of cases here have reached the mark of 82,968 while almost 3000 people have died. Who is responsible for this situation? Discussing the issue of ongoing Maharashtra crisis, author Ratan Sharda who hails from Mumbai, shared his views in an exclusive interview to Samvaad and Samadhaan last week and concluded with the following solutions-

 

 

1) Transparency is required as per the data of Corona cases.

 

2) The Maharashtra government must work in coordination with BMC and Centre ignoring political brownie point.

 

3) BMC must listen to the doctors and help them to work more efficiently without pressurizing them to compromise with the situation.

 

4) Doctors, Policemen, and Safai Karamchari all must get rewards and respect for their tireless services, which will boost their morale.

 

5) This is time SS should take up the command and formulate a plan to efficiently run the MH economic cycle along with safety of people.
