Salem, January 27: Few days after the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) Minister SM Nasar, was caught pelting stones at his own partymen, now another TN Minister KN Nehru was seen assaulting a party cadre in Salem.

The DMK had organised an event in Salem on Thursday and Minister for Youth Welfare and Sports Development, Udayanidhi Stalin, son of the DMK chief MK Stalin, was the chief guest. The incident took place when the party scion reached the venue, a large group of local cadres and supporters entered the stage to greet him. It was then the senior leader, standing next to Udhayanidhi, was seen hurting a party cadre who had just greeted the CM's son.
 
 
 
Reacting to the video, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president K Annamalai said that it looks like the DMK ministers have taken a pledge to beat up people.
 
Further, he said that now Chief Minister MK Stalin would have to provide protective equipment to keep people safe from his ministers.
