After Chandrayaan-3’s historic success, scientists and researchers working with the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) have been receiving tremendous adulation from the world for their dedication to accomplishing the mission. Recently, ISRO Chief, S Somanath received a warm welcome from crew members onboard the IndiGo flight.

A video of the heartwarming gesture was recently dropped by an air hostess Pooja Shah on Instagram which has once again touched the hearts of millions of Indians. In the video IndiGo flight crew member Pooja can be seen paying her gratitude to the ISRO chief S Somanath. She also made a special announcement to let people on the flight know that the ISRO chief was travelling with them and asked them to give him a warm welcome.
 
 
The video was shared with the caption, "MR S SOMANATH - The chairman of ISRO. Felt privileged to get a chance to serve Mr. S. Somanath on board our INDIGO flight. It’s always a pleasure to have national heroes on our flight."
 
 
 
In her announcement, she says, "I’m glad to announce the presence of Mr S Somanath - the chairman of ISRO - who boarded our flight today. A huge round of applause for Mr Somanath and his team. We are proud to have you on board, sir. Thank you so much for making India proud."
 
As soon as the announcement ended, passengers erupted into claps while some turned around to have a glimpse of the ISRO chairman. Since being shared, the video has amassed 36,738 likes and tons of comments.
 
Earlier, a video of an IndiGo pilot announcing the flight about ISRO’s historic achievement of landing on the Moon had gone viral. A woman, who works for IndiGo, who goes by the name C Lekha (@ChhaviLeekha) on X, formerly Twitter, shared the video on the microblogging platform.
