After a panel discussion with NHRDN, NewsBharati brings you an exclusive talk with the National President of NHRDN, Mr. Prem Singh.
It should be noted that India's National HRD Network, a Global Centre for Grooming Leaders and the National Apex body of professionals committed to promoting the People Development movement in the country, as well as enhancing the capability of human resource professionals to compete globally, thereby creating value for society.
Mr Prem Singh got the opportunity to lead this network for the next two years which happened during the AGM where Mr. SV Nathan past president of NHRDN passed the baton to him for 2023-25.
In the video, the President speaks about NHRDN being a catalyst in grooming Leaders for Tomorrow and the development of HR professionals.
He also spoke about NHRDN having various offerings through the chapter meetings, National Conferences, HRSCAPE, interactives websites, webinars, and the Learning Center.
Apart from this, NHRDN has been involved in UN Women, publishing books, education especially for National Education Policy, he added.
What is NHRDN?
The aim is to develop human resources through education, training, research, and experience sharing.
Established over three decades ago, NHRDN is an autonomous, not-for-profit, professionally managed organization, playing a catalyst role in grooming Leaders for Tomorrow.
It serves as a reference point for HR Professionals in professional Industries and has over 17,500+ members representing Multinationals, Public, and Private organizations including Government, MSME, and NGOs spread across 33 Chapters in India and Singapore.
The role of NHRDN is to augment knowledge and skills relevant to HRD, its philosophy, processes and implementation, through explorations and experimentation.
