11.5 lakh farmers of Jharkhand get Rs 452 crore gift under Mukhyamantri Krishi Aashirwad Yojana

Ranchi, October 12: Spreading smiles on farmers’ faces, the first installment amount was distributed to the new beneficiaries under the Chief Minister Krishi Aashirwad Yojana in Chaibasa. Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das attended the program as the chief guest and interacted with the farmers.



 

Addressing the farmers and common people present in the program, the Chief Minister said that Anna data farmers are the axis of the culture of the state. India is a country of villages and farmers. Where people's livelihood is based on agriculture. But for decades, the initiative was not taken in the direction of the prosperity of farmers and making them self-reliant. Farmers were forced to commit suicide. They became indebted. But after 2014, initiatives were taken for the prosperity of the farmers. On the lines of Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, the Chief Minister Krishi Aashirwad Yojana was launched in Jharkhand. On August 10, under the scheme, an amount of 482 crores was transferred to 13 lakh 60 thousand farmers in their account.

While the amount of 452 crores was transferred to the account of 11 lakh 51 thousand 137 farmers left out from the scheme on 11 October. Under the scheme, 25% of the second installment will be sent to the farmers of the state before Deepawali. The third installment will also be distributed by November to December. In this way, the state government will provide 3 thousand crore rupees in the account of 35 lakh farmers of the state to raise their economic prosperity and agricultural resources.

 

The Chief Minister said that farmers are getting the benefit of the Central Government's Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and the State Government's Chief Minister Krishi Aashirwad Yojana. The third installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will also be distributed to farmers soon. With this amount, the money will remain in the farmers' account and they will not have to spread their hands to anyone for agricultural work and they will easily gather resources related to agriculture. Farmers who are deprived of taking advantage of this scheme should not be disturbed. Make sure to get your registration in the Block Office by obtaining permission from the Gram Sabha.
