"We Hindus listen that does not mean people should take our silence and grace as our weakness", he said bashing Singh for his ridiculous and disgusting remarks against Hindu women. Yograj Singh, father of former criketer Yuvraj Singh became the eye of the storm after his controversial speech on the ongoing farmers' protest. Singh while speaking in this matter back in the month of December 2020, flagrantly posted fallacious thoughts about Hindu women, further creating a rift between the Hindus and Sikhs.

Commenting on Hindu women, Singh earlier had said, "Their women were sold for two cents. When their women and daughters were abducted by people like Ahmed Shah Durrani and sold off, it was we Sikhs who saved them. These are the people who have betrayed us. This community has been slaves for thousands of years". His speech was misogynistic. It wasn’t about the religion of the women; his narrative was hateful and divisive.

Following the remarks, filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri kicked Yograj Singh out from his forthcoming movie 'The Kashmir Files', now Issar is a part of. "I knew that he has a history but I ignored as I generally do not mix art and artiste. I keep artiste and politics away. When he gave the speech it was shocking, and I cannot tolerate someone talking about women. It is just not about Hindu women or Muslim women but he spoke so badly about women and on top of that he tried to create a hateful decisive narrative," he said in a statement.

Issar meanwhile said that Singh was unnecessarily creating a rift between Hindus and Sikhs. He also spoke about the greatness of Sanatan Dharma, its sovereignty, bravery and the incomparable beauty with deep ancient knowledge and history of Hinduism, Hindus and Bharat. He said he wanted people to know the real facts before making false claims about Indian History. "Our Sanatan Dharma has given us patience, strength and toleance. And the reason that even after hundred years of mughal and british rule, Sanatan Dharma is and will remain intact by the end of the universe".
