Last time, when I visited my ex corporate office, some of my good former colleagues asked me “how come you are looking physically so fit? I told them " Yes, I have lost almost four kg of fat in last two months and another two Kg will be lost in current month, you see me after that, handsome and fit. You will not only be amazed but envious as well."

This is the fitness canter selected by my wife specifically for me.
" Well, I have started going to Sabji Mandi (Vegetable wholesale market) in Chandan Nagar (All those who know Pune, will know this place) with my wife under her express instructions because I was not keen to join the gymnasium in spite of several instructions and putting on good amount of fat ...around my belly. It has to be morning exercise only, on Sunday, so you ought to get up early...By Six AM, you should be there. Vehicle has to be parked at least one km away because of so much rush and no parking space available nearby, so you ought to walk ....my wife keeps the purse with her, I carry the bags, she purchases one-week vegetables normally, which weigh almost ten Kg. It has to be carried by me in the Mandi and to the vehicle which is parked about one km away. Now carrying ten Kg of weight for one Km is not less than any weight training. That too, I have to hear the running commentary of which all vegetables were not available, who all neighbours were there before us and why we could not get exotic vegetables being late…etc. Invariably what happens, when we reach to the parked vehicle, suddenly she remembers that she has forgotten to bring fruits etc., so again we rush back (one km going and one km coming back) for two Km and since she walks quite fast, it becomes an aerobic exercise for me …. now you see why I am looking so lean and smart. Weight training and aerobic exercise is a wonderful combination.”
“Is this once-a-week exercise being good enough. It can’t be?
“No, she has got the solution for that also, by any chance if I don’t go for regular walks or overeat (drinks too) during the week, rest assured, by Wednesday or Thursday latest, she will find another good excuse to go to Sabji Mandi……for additional weight training cum aerobic exercise, schedule for me…”

“No, outside food has got lot of silent trans-fat and not good for health, I will come to your home only with my wife ...”
Nobody was prepared to take this suggestion of mine, they found it extremely risky, since they were already stressed, and we agreed that they are going to call me for Dinner on Friday evening, bachelor’s party... I agreed ..
We had wonderful bachelors party on Friday.
Saturday, my wife spoke to ladies.... how it is possible for ladies not to discuss about the rates of vegetables and house maid? Not under my instructions in any case. I kept my word.
All my ex-colleagues are going to Sabzi Mandi every Sunday, sometimes they bring our vegetables too.
Life is good and beautiful too, more beautiful when you are fit and your friends bring your vegetables too.
