Hinduphobic Dhruv Rathee compares Hindu epic Ramayana with Spiderman, calls it fake!

The "eminent" YouTuber Dhruv Rathee once again in the name of being an atheist has insulted Hindu gods and Hindu epics like Ramayana while comparing it with Spiderman. A video of his interview went viral on the social media giant - Twitter.

 

 

In the video, the host asked Hinduphobic Dhruv Rathee whether he prays or not. To this, he said, "I do not pray especially idols. I do not believe in worshipping gods.

 

Further, when he was asked when did he realize he is an atheist, he answered saying, "When I was 7-8 years old, I used to listen to a lot of stories (about gods) I doubted a lot. What are they even talking about? It can't be real. During my childhood days, I used to listen to a lot of stories about Ramayana and Mahabharata. There were bandaron ki sena thi. Nobody gave me a proper answer when I questioned about it."

 

 

"On the basis of critical thinking and logical reasoning, I came to the conclusion that this is not real. This doesn't make any sense," he said. It would have been better if he had stopped here but he went on to compare Ramayana with Spiderman saying the Hindu epic is fiction.

 

"Some people say that Ramayana is not just a story but history because of the bridge constructed between India and Sri Lanka which is a man-made bridge. And people say just because it exists, it is our history and it actually happened. People don't think deep and think only on a certain level," he said.

 

"Just because a man-made bridge exists, does it prove that it (Ramayana) becomes our history. It is like Spiderman movie. In the movie, New York exists. And it really exists in reality. So, does it mean Spiderman exists?," Rathee added.
