New Delhi, May 24: “Secularism, social-communal harmony and tolerance are in the #DNA of India,” stressed Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi while addressing the “Diocese of Delhi- Church of North India” delegation in New Delhi.
While addressing the A delegation of “Diocese of Delhi- Church of North India”, Abbas Naqvi discussed on various schemes enveloping socio-economic-educational empowerment & employment oriented skill development of the community.
Further, he said that "secularism, social-communal harmony & tolerance" is the DNA of India and compared to the entire world, constitutional, social, cultural & religious rights of minorities are more safe and secure in India.
Stressing on the efforts taken by the current government, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that “PM Shri @narendramodi ‘s Govt is working with commitment to “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas” and “Development with Dignity” with complete honesty and without any discrimination. Our Govt is committed to protect all constitutional institutions, democratic values & religious rights of all sections. We have to be cautious against those forces who want to disturb the positive atmosphere of trust & development due to their “prejudiced mind set & vested interests”.
