Apart from this the police also have sought the details of the IP address or the location from where the 'toolkit' was made and uploaded on the social media platform. It also has asked to share the registration details" and "activity log" of the account.

Delhi Police has also sought information from Google, Instagram on authors of 'Toolkit' shared by Greta Thunberg. Earlier on Thursday, Delhi Police registered an FIR under sections 124 A and 153 A of the Indian Penal Code against the 'creators of toolkit'. They also clarified that the complaint has filed against the creators of a toolkit and not against the activist.

Delhi Police allegedly believe that the toolkit played a key role in inciting violence during the farmers' tractor rally on Republic Day. A preliminary inquiry has revealed that the 'toolkit' in question appears to have been created by a pro-Khalistani Organisation "Poetic Justice Foundation".

Delhi police said, "section of the documents titled "prior action" delineates the following action plan, digital strike-through hashtags on or before 26th January, Tweets storm 23rd January onwards, Physical action on 26th January, Watch-out or join farmers' march into Delhi and back to borders,."

Thunberg shared a toolkit on the farmers' agitation on her social media wall. The drive contained the documents of all the series of actions that people across the world can take to support the ‘farmer protests’. It also included the list of various actions against farm acts passed by the Indian government. The document provides a list of “urgent actions” as well as “prior actions”.
