Mumbai, March 16: Vivek Agnihotri's The Kashmir Files, has created havoc at the box office. Despite having other big releases in the theatres and minimal promotions, the film's collection has shown no signs of dropping.
It reportedly earned Rs 59 crore in just 5 days. The Kashmir Files, which released on March 11, is based on the exodus of Kashmiri Hindus during the Kashmir insurgency in 1990. The film stars Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi.
The Kashmir Files earned Rs 47.85 crore at the worldwide box office on Day 4. And on Day 5, it showed tremendous growth. Reportedly, the film clocked in Rs 17 crore on its fifth day, taking the total collection to Rs 59 crore worldwide.
